Kristina and I have been on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ, now branded as Cru, since we graduated from college. We both saw God work in tremendous ways transforming our lives as students.  We, therefore, consider it a privilege to give our lives to reach young people with the Gospel and make disciples.

We reach out to college students and faculty who desperately need Jesus in a world which sends them the message that God is "NOT RELEVANT."    

We had been missionaries in Brazil for many years. (Kristina- 10 years, Luke 6 1/2 years)  We had seen God answer the prayer to raise up a team of native Brazilians to be the full-time missionaries there.   In 2009, we transitioned back to the US to help reach college students who need Jesus here in our country.


We imagine a world where one day everyone has heard of Jesus and had an opportunity to respond to the life-changing message of the Gospel and experience the abundant life of knowing Jesus as Lord!

Today's students will change the world tomorrow.   That is why we will continue to serve God with our time, talents and treasures in the mission field of college campuses.

Our current assignments

I, Luke, have the privilege of working on a national director's team as the Operations Strategist for Nations.  Nations is the Native American college student ministry of Cru reaching students, introducing them to Jesus and teaching them to walk with our Creator in a good way.  

 I also am a Financial analyst, training staff and overseeing the financial aspects of all the conferences and events of Cru’s college ministry across the US.  I am part of the capacity team working out of Minneapolis.    As a result of my ministry, many staff members on the field are trained and equipped to reach students for Jesus!

Kristina's role with Cru is discipleing, training and coaching our new staff women through their ministry partner development. Through her ministry, she sends fully-funded, Christ-centered ministers to the mission field on college campuses locally and around the world.   She gets to work from home where she also does her favorite role... mothering Eliana & Evie!
