The Lord, rich in mercy, gave us lavish grace and forgiveness, and mended our wound. He turned our hearts to see that all families need this same grace and called us into full time ministry together. We are passionate about seeing lives changed through a relationship with Jesus. God called us to trust Him for full time ministry together. We are now missionaries with Cru, serving with FamilyLife® Ministries. 

FamilyLife's mission is to develop Godly families who change the world one home at a time. Prior to joining staff, life looked very different. For 12 years Jason served at Northpark Christian Church for 12 years as the youth pastor, associate pastor, and interim senior pastor. Ann served alongside Jason at Northpark in the children’s department while she shaped young minds as a kindergarten teacher at Oaks Elementary. 

We see an ever-present discipleship need for families of all types and sizes. Jason serves as the Community Marriage Initiative leader for FamilyLife Local Arkansas and Directs the Central Arkansas Marriage Initiative. His primary goal is to help churches implement highly effective, self-sustaining marriage ministries. By offering a balanced approach across 3 areas, Vision, Skills and Support, churches will feel empowered to serve their community's felt needs and create lasting impact. When the Church is united around this ministry, we will see lasting impact. 

Ann serves with FamilyLife Blended® as The Project Coordinator. She works to balance out Ron Deal’s Podcast schedule. She has the unique opportunity to connect with many influential leaders in family ministry. The work to provide biblically based resources that help prevent re-divorce, strengthen stepfamilies, and help break the generational cycle of divorce is full of God's purposes.

God calls us to serve through the support of His people that are willing to invest in Kingdom work prayerfully and financially.
