Hello! We are so excited to be transitioning from being interns with Cru to joining Cru staff full-time up here in Michigan's Upper Peninsula! Thank you so much for wanting to partner with us as we pursue God's vision in this next chapter of life.

Being in Cru showed both of us what it meant to be servant leaders and how to prioritize our faith while still in college. We met while we were both student leaders in Cru at Michigan Tech (we were working together on the weekly meeting team). From that, God led us both to intern with Cru, and to now join Cru staff! We are excited to take this next step in life together as husband and wife to fulfill the Great Commission!

  • Location: Michigan's Upper Peninsula (currently in Marquette, MI)
  • Position: Full-time campus staff
  • Duration: For the foreseeable future

Our Vision: We want to challenge college students to do more with their faith. We hope to do this by involving them in Christian community and sending them out to be sharers of the gospel. In doing this, we hope to reach the over 200 million college students of the world — each student on every campus — and raise up the next generation of missionaries.

Our Passion: Kaitlyn is really passionate about reaching Finlandia and Gogebic, as those two campuses have very little Christian community. Eric is really passionate about mentoring students and then sending them off once they graduate to live life on mission for Christ.
