Erin serves with the basketball department of Athletes in Action as the Director of Operations for AIA Prep National and Regional teams and additionally provides academic support and advice for the program. 

With a passion for students, their goals, and their giftedness Erin brings a skill set and focus on the student athletes' future endeavors. Erin enjoys the logistics of researching and scheduling flights, rentals, lodging, meals, etc for the extensive travel of the post-grad program. Much of her experiences have developed surrounding the translation of international transcripts, scheduling of courses, and advising students about colleges, opportunities, and offerings that fit who God has created them to be. Erin enjoys seeing young people reach their full potential in Christ, both on and off the court.  Miller will be able to guide AIA Prep athletes into their futures so they can be better prepared for life, not only at the next level, but after the ball stops bouncing.

Jared is the high school principal at Legacy Christian Academy, the school that shares a campus and has many partnerships with AIA. He stays involved with athletics through officiating high school basketball as well as being an advisor to the LCA booster committee, a volunteer organization that Erin is also involved in.  Both Jared and Erin are involved at their local church, First Church of Christ in Xenia. Jared serves as a deacon and Erin is the nursery/preschool director. 

Erin is humbled to have an impact for Christ as a light in the basketball world as she joins AIA in pursuit of the mission of building spiritual movements everywhere through the platform of sport so that everyone knows someone who follows Jesus. This work would not be possible without the partnership of senders such as yourself!

With our country/world at a crossroads, and athletics having a greater influence on society each year, this is a fantastic opportunity to reach the next generation for Christ and to train them as champions and leaders.
