Our heart for marriages birthed from a difficult season in our own marriage. We looked around and didn't know where to turn for relational help. Not only did God use the ministry of FamilyLife to enrich our marriage, He also used it to deepen our personal walk with Christ.  God opened our eyes to see that marriage and family was a vehicle for reaching people with the gospel. Many who won't enter a church or listen to the gospel, will accept help and desire hope for something better in their marriage and family. After serving within our church and community, we surrendered to God calling us to serve this mission field full-time through FamilyLife. Humbled to be ordinary workers in a plentiful harvest, we are called to further the faith of people who fear the LORD and love their neighbors deeply. We strive to empower the local church to become the community’s primary source of relational restoration and support. Through this mission, we ensure that anyone struggling in their relationships has a place to be truly heard and discover lasting hope in Jesus Christ.
