The Gig:

We serve as Weekend to Remember® (WTR) Field Ministry Leaders in the Pacific Northwest. 

There are more than 70 WTR events held nationwide each year. In 2025 alone, over 50,000 people attended — strengthening their marriages and families — and nearly 1,000 individuals made first-time decisions to follow Jesus! 

Each event equips couples with practical tools for everyday relationship challenges and clearly shares the hope of the Gospel. 

It is practical work — and holy work.

As Field Ministry Leaders, we recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams who host these weekend-long marriage retreats in multiple cities across the PNW. Between events, we partner with churches, pastors, and community leaders to build a growing movement of healthy, Christ-centered marriages in our region.

It’s a big mission — and we’re honored to be part of it.

The Vision:

We’re on a mission to see the Pacific Northwest become known for healthy marriages and resilient families — from Boise to Portland to Blaine and everywhere in between. Little pockets of hope grow into movements of encouragement, and those movements become communities where marriages are celebrated, strengthened, and supported. We do this not by force, but by building relationships, walking shoulder-to-shoulder with couples, and pointing them to practical tools and the hope of Jesus at every step.
