Thanks for visiting our page! We are excited to share a bit of who we are with you. Berlin has become a part of our story, from our first experience as students on a summer mission trip in 2009, to two years of interning with Cru in Berlin after we graduated. Now, after getting married, starting a family, and living and working in Indianapolis, Indiana for several years, God has sustained and grown our passion and vision for the Gospel to go forth in Berlin.
With 175,000 students from all over the world, refugees, politicians, artists, and activists, Berlin is full of young men and women searching for meaning and purpose in life. They are asking if there is a real truth and something to hope in. The wounds of World War II and a post-war divided nation are still evident. In this climate of agnosticism, brokenness, questioning, and shame, the Gospel remains relevant and powerful. Though only about 1% of students claim to follow Christ and the vast majority do not know a single Christian, God is faithfully pursuing these students in love.
The mission of our team is to ignite student-led Gospel movements in every demographic, academic department, and social circle on campus so that every student in Berlin knows the freeing love of Jesus. Our dream is to see student leaders equipped for a lifetime of walking with Jesus and being faithfully present in their particular calling. We can't do this alone. Would you partner with us in the work God is doing in the lives of young people in Berlin?
