Who am I ?
My name is Noémie, and, with my husband Néhémie, we have 4 beautiful children. We live in Brittany, France for a while now ( almost 20 years now) and we strive to work faithfully for the Glory of God according to the way He leads us.
I am a missionary since 2014 with Agapé France which is the French branch of Cru.
French context
French culture is very steeped in an traditional Catholic culture, many call themselves Christians because they are descendants of Christians. In truth, very, very few French people are born again believers. Today, it is more common not to believe in God than to believe. It’s very permeated in the culture, and people often don’t think about the the possibility to need God in their life.
Agapé France
Our first approach is to stimulate reflection to help people understand that they have a choice to make before God. This is why our slogan is discover, live and share the gospel.
We try as much as possible to share the gospel and make it shared by Christians around us.We do work in collaboration with churches. This is important because the churches here are small (30 to 100 people on average). We emphasize the need to be a witness to Christ, and the different ways to have a significant impact.This is the reason why we developed tools to help Christians share their testimony, explain the gospel simply, etc. I also used to mentor a few women in one to one. I am also the leader of the women's group in my assembly.
