Lois - Lois works with Power to Change Human Resources: 1) onboarding new missionaries through processing applications and training new workers in Ministry Partner Development (MPD), 2) oversees all MPD coaches who coach new and existing missionaries as they seek to be fully funded, and 3) helps incoming overseas workers understand and acclimate to life in Australia.

Jody retired from Power to Change on Dec 31, 2023 after 39 years of service, and is currently focusing on Life Coaching and Pastoral Supervision
