ROTC cadets and midshipmen on over 1000 U.S. campuses receive some of the best leadership training in the world. As officers they will be making decisions that will greatly affect our country. Some will even be called upon to lead men and women in battle.

Valor staff help these future officers gain full spiritual readiness by helping them grow in their faith. Men and women of Valor lead courageously, boldly, and in a godly way.

With so many campuses we do not have enough Valor staff to cover all of them in person. The solution is "distance coaching" where staff mentor, coach, and encourage cadet and midshipman Valor leaders via phone, email, text, and social media. If funds are available these coaches can also make road trips occasionally to reach many Valor campuses on one trip.
