Our dream is to see a Christ follower on every team, in every sport and in every country around the globe. Our purpose on campus is to develop athletic influencers into Christ-centered leaders. AIA staff work directly with thousands of college and professional athletes and coaches worldwide. Staff reach athletic influencers for Christ and train them to talk about the Lord one-to-one, with the media, and in other public forums to help fulfill the great commission.

We invite you to join with us in the great work that the Lord is doing on the Xavier University campus. He has so faithfully opened doors to every athletic team on the campus giving us the privilege to take the love of Christ to the student athletes and coaches.
