CURT & KAREN'S MINISTRY

We started our next phase of missionary activity in 2018 at Cru's international HQ Office in Orlando! Curt serves the many staff who need his patient technical assistance as part of the User and Network Support Team. He loves what he gets to do! Karen is now "staff emeritus" and using her new-found freedom to serve our church and a small soul care ministry to missionaries based in our beloved Budapest.  

History: From 1985-2018 We participated with Campus Crusade for Christ staff at work in Eastern Europe reaching out, first to those behind the Iron Curtain then to those newly freed. It has grown from less than 100 staff to now over 800 from 18 countries. In 1994, we moved from Germany to Budapest Hungary where we served in the Eastern European Office. Curt has worked at our HQ office, always doing IT and computers, but also accounting, data, and statistics. As part of the Operations team, he rescued computer users daily in his role as "Computer Guru." Karen taught Mathematics and German, coordinating scheduling and accreditation. In 2012 she rejoined Curt in the HQ's office facilitating the organizational aspects of the Operations team and the office. 

 We transitioned back to America in 2018.  Our three sons, John Michael and David, two daughters in law, Lucia & Emily, and 7 grandchildren make us look good!
