Sandra and I have been staff members with Campus Crusade for Christ since 1973 and Emeritus staff since 2017.

Before joining staff I worked as an electrical engineer and am a registered professional engineer in Indiana. During our 44 years of full-time staff involvement we have mainly ministered through our international HR department, first in San Bernardino, CA, then Nairobi, Kenya, and finally at our World Headquarters in Orlando. Florida. Sandra is a trained counselor and founded the Member Care team in 1993.

We are now devoting our time to Legacy which captures the God stories (Psalm 78:4) of our longest serving staff members. It is an honor for us to participate in gathering these incredible stories of God's faithfulness, provision, and miracles for future generations of Christians.

We lived in Africa from 1977 to 1988 where we raised four sons. Our youngest son, Mark, age 26, died suddenly December 29, 2001 as a result of a congenital heart problem. We have eight grandchildren.

The Lord has blessed us with a wonderful team of ministry partners. Some have faithfully prayed for us and invested financially in our ministry since we began in 1973.  Now that we are emeritus status we no longer get a salary but are allow to reimburse ministry expenses from our staff account for things like Legacy travel, etc. We invite you to join with us in making Jesus and known to a needy world thru Legacy.
