As the Executive Director of Research & Development and a member of the Cru's Campus Executive Team, Keith:
1. Leads the Campus Ministry in developing new solutions for effective ministry among today's students.
2. Helps facilitate the direction-setting process for the executive leadership of the Cru's campus ministries.
3. Helps provide national leadership in evangelism for the campus ministry.

Nanci also serves on Cru's Campus Executive Team and is a member of Cru's Research & Development team.
