Dean and Janet Beal

Dean and Janet have been on staff with Campus Crusade since 1961 and 1962 respectively. Since 1966, they have been involved in ministry in Latin America, having lived in Colombia, Mexico and Puerto Rico, as well as traveling extensively in the continent, teaching and leading seminars for staff and emerging leaders.

Current responsibilities include:

  • Currently serving as faculty academic mentors for Universidad Iberoamericana de Liderazgo, preparing the next generation of Cru leaders in Latin America
  • Helping to develop curriculum for the Masters program in Christian Leadership
  • Continuing to respond to invitations to teach our staff and key disciples in Latin America in the areas of leadership and discipleship
  • (Dean) Coaching pastors in south Florida in the development of multiplying discipleship cultures in their churches
  • (Janet) Using her teaching gifts with women in Latin America and Miami, as well as mentoring women as they develop their own ministries
  • Building a network of multiplying disciples in the marketplace in Miami
