We are part of Here's Life Inner City, a specialized ministry in Campus Crusade for Christ. With 35 years experience in ministry in Eastern Europe and in the U.S. we are focused on serving churches to help train new pastors and their wives in basic leadership and evangelism and discipleship. The pastors are then able to establish strong ministries of reproducing disciples.

Because of Doug's unique skills in strategic planning, he has been in demand at very large churches (such as Saddleback Church in Southern California) to help senior pastors with key aspects of building movements from their churches. These were typically short term projects for Doug with long term results for the churches. We are a part of the Campus Crusade commitment to assist and serve the local churches whenever possible.

We have seen the great things God can do through huge churches with huge resources. Now we take that experience with our creativity to help small inner city churches with minimal resources to also have a huge impact for Christ in their communities.
