Judy Douglass

Judy Douglass has been on staff with Cru since 1964. She has served as Editor of two Cru magazines, Director of Publications, and Global Director of Women’s Resources. 

In 1975 she married Steve Douglass, who held a variety of positions, including Executive Vice President and Director of U.S. Ministries. After serving alongside founder Bill Bright for many years, he took over as President of Campus Crusade for Christ International from 2001 until 2020.

Steve was the author or co-author of several books, including Managing Yourself, How to Achieve Your Potential and Enjoy Life, and Enjoying Your Walk with God. 

Steve and Judy covered the globe, leading, speaking and loving our staff. Steve passed away in October 2022.

Judy continues to seek to love and encourage staff around the world, while continuing to lead Women’s Resources. She is a writer, speaker, the author of six books and has a weekly podcast—When You Love a Prodigal. 

Steve and Judy have three married children and 10 amazing grandchildren.
