Welcome to our give page.  Our current status is staff Emeritus, which basically means that we are still doing ministry, but not receiving regular paychecks.  However, we can reimburse ministry expenses, so we have an open account allowing us to be able to do that.

We served 55 (GP) and 51(Nancy) years on staff.  We are so grateful to our many partners who enabled us to do that.

GP began his staff career by doing architecture and planning out at arrowhead springs.  From there he went to Minnesota to join the high school ministry team and met Nancy.  After serving there we were recruited to EXPLO '72, a large gathering in Dallas, Texas.  After 6 months of that we moved to Des Moines, Iowa to open the high school ministry.

As God would have it, we decided to go to Iowa State for one year to sit under the director here to tune up our discipleship tools.  Well, we fell in love with college students, and also saw the great need to minister to international students.

We began an emphasis in Cru called international student resources, focusing on international students, which eventually led to the formation of Bridges International.  What a joy it has been to reach the world from right here.

The summer of 2021 we made the decision to still be involved in ministry, but not have the day to day pressure.  That is when we transferred our role to staff emeritus, because we still wanted to be a part of what Cru was doing.
