Debbie and I are part of Transformational Leadership Movement (TLM), a Cru project.

Transformational Leadership Movement (TLM) has been a research and development project since 1992 seeking to train a new kind of leader for the church. We have found that "life on life accountability in a grace filled environment" is the non-negotiable element of training servant church planters, church planter trainers, and leaders for the church around the world.

TLM has trained leaders and done research in Minsk and Moscow in the Former Soviet Union, in Latin America (Mexico, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua), in South Asia (8 regions), Africa (graduates and trainees in 4 countries), and now back again to central Europe (Ukarine).  We are currently exploring partnering in a handful of other countries.

We live in the Kansas City area where the two of us operate from as part of the small U.S. TLM team, networking, teaching and mentoring trainees and graduates in many of the countries listed above.
