Eva began a personal relationship with God as a senior in high school and felt He was calling her into full-time Christian work at that time. In college she encountered Campus Crusade for Christ and became actively involved in ministry with them. She joined the staff of Campus Crusade after graduating and began serving in Southern California with various ministries, including Community and Athletes in Action.
In 1988 one of her life-long dreams came true when she had the opportunity to move to Budapest, Hungary to continue serving God there. She was involved in many projects including setting up a material's translation system and helping to develop Youth at the Threshold of Life (a Biblically-based drug and AIDS prevention, character development program for high school students). This program is now in use in countries all over the world. It has allowed CCC to train thousands of teachers, who have in turn been able to expose their students to the Gospel through use of the Jesus film, because it is part of the curriculum!
In the fall of 2005, Eva began serving at the Eastern Europe and Russia Area Headquarters as a member of the Communications Group with responsibilities in communications strategy, materials/web design and creation.
In 2016, Eva transitioned back to the US to help care for her mom. She is presently continuing her communication responsibilities with Eastern Europe, as well as being a writer/editor on the Women's Resource Ministry Team in Orlando.
Her goal is four-fold:
She counts it a privilege to be the "hands and feet" of her ministry partner team, in both Eastern Europe and in resourcing and encouraging our staff women world-wide!
