The biblical mandate in Genesis to rule over the earth means to care for and cultivate it by helping make good culture that blesses everyone. Our desire is to bless cities by creating and fostering good will through good deeds to share the good news. Christ came to redeem individuals to Himself and to restore all of His good creation.
