David and Margo Neibling

David and Margo have been on staff with Cru/Campus Crusade for Christ since 1977. We have been working with Transformational Leadership Movement (formerly International Leadership Academies) since 1995. David serves as the TLM Team Leader.

TLM is a resource ministry of Cru that partners with CCC national staff in other countries to train and equip church planters and pastors. TLM uses a vocational style of training that emphasizes character and leadership development. Practical ministry training and ongoing mentoring equips these leaders with the ministry skills and character needed to build movements of multiplying leaders and churches.

Margo and I are thankful for the opportunities to be making disciples in our community and church locally as well as partnering with believers in other countries to help fulfill the Great Commandment and the Great Commission.

We have three daughters, Jamie and Alison teach in the Kansas City, MO area; Melissa and Rick Borner and their daughter, Ella live near us in Minnesota.
