I'm in my 46th year with Cru!  I became a follower of Jesus as a college student through the influence of believers around me. When my friend opened the Four Spiritual Laws and read John 3:16, my whole understanding of who God is and His love for me completely changed my life. My desire is to be able to offer that same opportunity to others who don't know Him. My current focus is on developing leaders who are able to believe God, think strategically, love whole-heartedly, and lead courageously, so that everyone will know someone who truly follows Jesus. As Vice President of Global Leadership Development, I give leadership to our worldwide leadership development effort. Every day is an adventure!



Our current initiatives include​

  • team leader/team member conversations on ministry and individual development goals with feedback
  • key trainings: New Staff onboarding, New Team Leader training, National Team leader development, and New Global Leader Orientation​
  • Building Powerful Ministry Teams to support a culture of shared leadership and facilitating growth of all team members
  • Proactive development of rising leaders, strengthening the leadership in national ministries.
