 I enable ministries and departments at Lake Hart and a few other offsite departments, to hire any paid staff. I impact 1300 people at Lake Hart in whatever ministry or department they are in, enabling them to hire skilled experts to come and immediately do a job that we need to move any of our goals forward. I am the gatekeeper for paid staff hiring. Handing about 100 - 200 applications a month, we hire about 100 a year which helps us build capacity to serve our staff around the world. They in turn reach the unreached and build spiritual movements. My title is Paid Staff Recruiter for Lake Hart.

My story:  I joined Cru as a teacher and went to Nigeria to teach.  I served there for 17 years as a teacher in two high schools then as a trainer for Nigerians coming on staff with Cru.  As a trainer of new staff, I was involved in campus ministry, Jesus Film showings and training of churches in methods of evangelism and discipleship. My experences on the field showed me the need for a strong support base at home.
