My name Leslie Bridge and I have been working with Cru since 1979. Voices are hammering in the ears of students today. Voices that seem angry, isolating and divisive. The voice of love, compassion, and the voice of the gospel is systematically being silenced. We need more missionary voices out their speaking the love, acceptance and grace of the gospel. 

I work with the newest missionaries who join with us. I equip, train and disciple them through their initial Financial Partner Development season, so they are able to report to campus fully funded and ready to bring the gospel to students who don’t know Jesus yet. This is what often stops people from getting to the field, the fundraising season.

Over the past few years, we have had more Interns serve with us for a year or two on the campuses they graduated from. They are able to continue with relationships they have been building while attending college. It has been such an encouraging time of seeing Cru movements grow and more come to faith as a result of seeing these new missionaries get to their assignments. I love what I do and to be using my gifts in these ways is such an honor and privilege!
