Becky and I are concerned about our nation and the direction it is heading.  In our 50 largest city, 41% of students drop out of school, 75% of crime is committed by school dropouts, and 24% of all students contemplate suicide.  Young people are in a lot of pain these days, and if they don't deal with it, there will be an explosion.

We work with Cru City as we help to develop strategic partnerships to transform cities.  You might ask, "Is there any way to see change?"  The answer is an unequivocal, "Yes!  Cru City is trusting the Lord as we work to develop partnerships to see transformation.  We are trusting God as He put the pieces together in a powerful way so cities around the US can experience God's redemptive power and blessing.

One of the biggest wins lately is that we were able to facilitate a partnership in Santa Ana, CA where 260 people from 11 churches were trained to share their faith.  54 people received Christ in the community that day! 

Another milestone is that we have mentored 3,868 youth in Santa Ana to date.  Youth are in an inordinate amount of pain today.  We are working with pastors, city, and business leaders on how to impact their lives with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
