As a National Director of Development with Cru's Campus Ministry, Don serves the whole campus ministry, but also focuses on the teams and ministries in the southeast.

He trusts the Lord to raise up partners and finances to fund the strategic initiatives that grow local, regional, and national ministries. He also coaches local campus leaders in their development efforts. Don has served as a National Director for 27 years.

Annette serves with our Cru City ministry and focuses on IIR (Immigrants, Internationals, and Refugees). Her role includes partnering with other nonprofits, mobilizing churches and individuals, and directly ministering to immigrants and refugees here in the Triangle. She also coaches and trains our staff in our theological classes for our staff's professional development.
