As a 30 year veteran of Campus Crusade for Christ I'm currently serving in Pretoria, South Africa as the Leadership Development/Human Resource Team Leader with Campus Crusade for Christ-South Africa ministries. This includes New Staff, Intern Development Training, Emerging Leader's Initiative - South Africa (our 10 month intensive leadership development program) and our School of Theology known as Institute of Biblical Studies in order to "launch spiritual movements everywhere". Also, I serve as a trainer, leadership coach and facilitator with Emerging Leader's Initiative - Africa. This is a two year continent wide intensive leadership development program to develop emerging leaders in southern, eastern and west African countries. My specific focus is on spiritual and character formation. My personal mission statement is "Equipping God's people with God's word to do God's work!" I express this by training others in evangelism and discipleship skills, speaking and teaching in various churches as well as overseeing the "Life Skills Center" at Hope of Glory Ministries (a non-profit ministry geared towards meeting the physical and spiritual needs of orphans in a rural area north of Pretoria).
