John’s role includes stewarding people and teams by mobilizing and developing laborers for the fulfillment of the Great Commission. He serves as People and Culture Field Director for Cru’s campus teams in Virginia, North Carolina, Delaware, Washington D.C., parts of Maryland, as well as nationally for Faculty Commons (Cru's ministry to faculty and graduate students). 


John also serves on the National Leadership Team of Faculty Commons. Through resourcing Faculty Commons staff and volunteers he equips men and women to launch spiritual movements of faculty and graduate students around the country.  

Cindy and John are trusting God to create a culture of healthy Cru teams that walk by faith, believe God for great things, and are equipped to build multiplying disciples of Jesus Christ here and around the world.
