Kelly and I believe that Jesus Christ is the only hope, for men and women, boys and girls, as well as nations. "If any man is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come" (2 Cor. 5:17). We have committed our lives to reaching the lost, because Jesus Christ really does change lives. We've seen that to be true in our own lives as well as in the lives of many teenagers since 1984 when we joined Cru. 

In the high school and middle school ministry of Cru, our goal is to help fulfill the Great Commission among youth. Obedience to this command compels us to seek to give every young person an opportunity to hear the gospel. The Great Commission is Cru's "North Star," continually defining our course. We view the middle and high school campus as a mission field ripe for harvest. Our ministry is campus-based; we go to young people, reaching them in their world. Our objective is to reach lost teenagers with the gospel and to equip Christian teens to reach their lost peers. We have seen that the most fruitful missionary to the campus is a Christian student.
