Diane and I were at Miami University for over 27 years winning college students to Christ, building them in their faith, and sending them into the world as Christ-centered laborers. We are grateful to have been a part of a ministry that literally sent students to the corners of the globe. This past year we have moved from Oxford to Indianapolis, Indiana  to work with a new division of Cru called Cru City.  We have the same passion to win, build,  and send but our audience has changed from University students to TwentySomethings in Indianapolis.  Only 15% of this current demographic attend church. Our vision is to trust God to raise up spiritual leaders in Indianapolis who have a passion to share the gospel with their peers. We dream of the day that TwentySomethings are winning, building, and sending their peers in the city so that the entire city will be changed with the gospel.   Additionally, I work on the Executive Team with Cru City in the area of leadership development. I have been given the task to create a leadership development program in City that will aid our staff around the country in their unique cities.
