Bruce's passion is to help missionaries who serve internationally grow and mature in their walk with God (faith), and share from his personal experiences in their growth process. He enjoys coming alongside our staff to care for, encourage and train them, using the gifts (shepherd and exhortation) and skills God has given him.

Our responsibilities include:


  • Serving as a coach/shepherd to our new and senior staff who serve internationally.
  • Training new staff to develop their team of financial ministry partners, enabling them to reach their assignment overseas as quickly as possible.
  • Coming alongside new staff addressing questions and concerns they have about overseas life and cultural issues.
  • Assisting senior staff while they are on home ministry assignment in expanding their team of financial ministry partners and helping them return healthy (emotionally and spiritually) and expediently.
  • Bruce also disciples men in Denver, CO and helps develop leadership in our community.
  • Kari assists Bruce in his assignment, disciples women in our community and has a ministry of evangelism from her home in the neighborhood and through her children.



Our vision is to equip, care for and encourage our staff who serve internationally, so they will reach nationals for Christ around the world, build them in their faith, train them how to talk with others about Jesus Christ and build up new believers in their faith.

The need is great, our team in International Ministries is 34, and we serve over 1,100 staff who minister around the globe. Without us coming alongside our staff, many will feel disconnected and like an island. The Enemy wants people to feel alone and disconnected. God wants people to be in relationship with others (community) and connected. Through serving our staff, we help them to be connected and part of a larger team cheering them on. Our service of care, encouragement and training to our staff, enables them to minister passionately.
