Our Aim in Seattle

We seek to effectively reach the world through loving international students via service, social networking and spiritual resources that point them to Christ. Many come from lands void of Christian witness & discipleship. For 17 years in Japan (1996-2013) we asked God to raise up national Christ-centered leaders for Japan through our work. We're excited to continue with a broadened vision here, ...for every nation! Cam does this by weekly meeting students on two campuses and helping to equip volunteers and Christian students to invite int'l into exploration of spiritual truths and a place of belonging. Kristen's primary role since Fall of 2023 is on our National Bridges as People Care Coordinator for our approximately 300 Bridges staff across the US. As she's able, she also joins Cam on our local campuses.

Our Team of Ministry Partners

We cannot do this alone. A team of believers contribute through their financial gifts and prayers to make our lives and ministry here possible. If you are already a member of our team, thank you! If not, we invite you to join us. You may begin by using the online giving page here. Please share your contact info so we can send you a copy of our latest prayer letter!

As of September 10, 2024, we are experiencing a shortfall of $1600/month resulting in short pay-checks.

Our Background

We joined CCC in 1990, and after 6 years of ministering on US campuses, God called us to Japan. We arrived in Osaka with our 1-year-old Connor in 1996. Since then, God has blessed us with children Yuji, Elisa and Jocelyn. In 2014, God re-directed our path to move to Seattle, WA to join Bridges (Cru's ministry with international students), where we enjoy the nearness of our adult children (plus Elisa's husband, Nate) and Kristen's mom.
