The focus of our ministry with AIA is leadership development for AIA staff. That is our expertise and that is our passion! We are helping to insure that the hundreds of AIA staff here in the US and around the world are growing and developing as the most effective spiritual leaders and ministers of the Gospel they can be. A crucial aspect of our ministry involves helping our staff grow in Christ, developing them spiritually & emotionally, and equipping them to be Spirit-led leaders who carry out their ministry. The harvest is truly plentiful and, as such, ministry opportunities abound. Whether it is in Italy or at a Big Ten Conference university, with NFL players or a national soccer team in Zimbabwe, out goal is to launch spiritual movements everywhere. To do so, we must have leaders who are equipped, healthy, effective, and trusting God for spiritual movements.
