We joined staff in May, 2010 and are reaching international students for Christ at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. There are over 3,000 of the best and brightest students from over 100 countries here -- all connected to friends, families, languages, cultures, universities, and networks back home. Our focus is welcoming, loving, and touching the lives of international students and future world leaders for Christ so that they may multiply accordingly back home. By reaching the nations here and now, we like to say that each week we go on a missions trip to any number of countries for the gospel there and then! 

As a Tennessee grad, Fletcher spent four years in Nashville in accounting before leaving in 2007 to attend seminary. He received his certificate in Biblical Ministries from Columbia International University's seminary in 2009 and completed his Masters in Intercultural Studies in 2017.

After graduating from Auburn University, Mary Elizabeth spent five years in East Asia with Cru before marrying Fletcher (and leaving staff). After spending the summer of 2009 in the Middle East with Cru, we felt called to join staff as a married couple. We are very excited to be in ministry together! Our daughter, Bliss, was born in 2011, and our second daughter, Mims, was born in 2014.

We're working with international students as part of a Cru ministry called Bridges International - check it out here: http://www.bridgesinternational.com/aboutus/ .  We co-lead a local, multi-missions agency team called International Friends at UNC - Chapel Hill.  Fletcher is also the national Bridges co-leader for prayer, and Mary Elizabeth currently serves at the Marketing/Communications Director for the Bridges' Vision Conference and is also the Bridges' International Partnership Leader for our ministry in Paris, France.
