I grew up in Birmingham AL with my mother, grandmother and sister. In college I met Jesus and my life was radically changed. Jesus started to show me that he loved and cared  for me despite my mistakes, fears and doubts. 

On a trip to California I saw how God was changing the lives of teenagers through Cru. God began to stir a burden in my heart for the teens and ,after a few months of prayer, I felt led to apply. 

 In early 2018, I joined the team as part-time field staff while also holding another job. As of February 2022, I have joined the LA/OC team in a full time capacity, trusting God to full provide all my needs through a team of people and churches who desire to partner with me.
