The Problem: The overwhelming problem with athletes is that there is a false sense of identity. For males, identity may be in athletic ability, sexual conquests, and economic success. For females, it may be in body type, size, beauty, what you own, or a man to complete yourself. This misplaced identity facilitates lapses in character.

My vision: I want to influence the culture of sport as a strength and conditioning coach by bringing Jesus into the equation of sports performance.

My goal is to not just help athletes in football, basketball, or volleyball, but in life, so we can develop their spiritual maturity. I want them to put their identity in Christ.

Why me, Why AIA: I worked in the NFL and I found I needed more. I had to identify what that more was. This is where God is leading me. He wants to have strong Christian followers of Jesus in sports because that’s what influences our society.
