About us.

We are the Browns. We have been married 39 years and met when we were 16 years old in Cincinnati, Ohio. We both came to Christ through Cru's high school ministry.  We have 5 great kids & son-in-law, and three grandsons.

Since 1986 God has called us to help everyone know someone who truly follows Jesus. We have served with Cru's High School and College ministries, The JESUS Film Project, and our World Headquarters.  Recently we've worked closely with Unto and StoryRunners, two growing ministries that are reaching the hardest to reach.

For over 30 years we have served in the areas of Human Resources, Leadership Development, and Crisis Management.  We've loved being in roles to help our staff and students be who God has called them to be, and serve where He has called them as well. We have worked at raising up and developing leaders to serve effectively.

Currently Barrett comes alongside ministry leadership to help them tie their work to a strong strategic direction.  We work on team effectiveness, leadership development, problem solving and resource development.  We work to help different ministries in Cru increase their effectiveness in bringing the gospel to the lost.

We would love to have you partner with us as we continue to follow Jesus. It has been an exciting adventure for our entire family.
