Hello! My wife, Lori, and I live in Orlando, Florida with our sons Bennett (born September 2016) and Brooks (born November 2018). I've been on Staff with Cru for 27 years.

I believe there is always a more creative and effective way to help hurting people experience the liberating freedom of Jesus Christ. I focus on creating innovative resources to make the gospel more understandable and discipleship more transformational for today’s young people who view the Christian worldview as increasingly irrelevant and confusing. Perspective Cards, Collaborative Discipleship, and I Am From Cards are more well known examples of my work.

I also focus on training and mentoring missionaries so their ministries and lives are more effective, more enjoyable and easier. I want to give the next generation of believers, missionaries, and pastors the creativity, resources, and strategies to successfully address the ministry challenges they face every day.
