Ron and Jenny's passion is to help reach the least reached. Ron is a Faculty Mentor helping provide continued development of the 1400 graduates of the International Graduate School of Leadership, Cru's leadership school in Manila, Philippines.  Jenny is a Financial Analyst  for the Jesus Film Project. The Jesus Film Project creates opportunities for people to engage in the life-changing story of Jesus, no matter where they are in the world.

From 1995 to 2021, they served at the International Graduate School of Leadership equipping Cru staff, pastors, Christian workers, and marketplace leaders to develop Great Commission ministries In Asia and the world.  Ron taught education and leadership courses and held a number of leadership roles while Jenny led the Finance Department for much of those years. 

Family Background

Ron grew up in Indiana and earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. Jenny is a Chinese Filipino who grew up in the Philippines and earned BSC Accounting and BA Economics degrees from De La Salle University. Both Ron and Jenny were captivated by Cru's mission to help fulfill the Great Commission while in college and joined Cru immediately after their graduations. ​

They have two daughters. Caitlin graduated from Taylor University with BS Computer Science in Digital Media. Renae is taking a degree in English with a Linguistics minor and a Teaching English as a New Language certificate at Purdue University Fort Wayne.
