Bruce and Etah Gower

Bruce and Etah Gower have recently returned to the States after serving in Eastern Europe and Russia for 40 years. They are serving with the Jesus Film Project at Cru headquarters in Orlando. The Jesus Film Project exists to see everyone, everywhere hear the life-changing story of Jesus -- in their heart language and their heart medium.

Bruce serves on the Script Translation Services team. He is the Non-script Translation Manager -- providing consultation and guidance for all translation needs not directly related to the script for the voice actors in the actual Jesus Film. Among the needs are translation for digital apps, videos, and printed and online follow-up, discipleship and church planting materials. Etah is a member of the Embrace team. Embrace encourages moms to walk closely with Jesus, helps moms develop meaningful friendships within JFP, and connects moms to the JFP ministry. Living in four countries has given her rich experience to share.

Bruce has been on staff for 50 years and Etah for 41 years. Their oldest daughter, Sheila, attends Anderson University in South Carolina and Laura is a senior at Econ River High School.
