Bruce and Etah returned to the States in 2019 after nearly 40 years in Eastern Europe and Russia. They lived in Austria, Germany and Hungary before moving to Florida, where they are serving at Cru's International Headquarters in Orlando. Bruce is with the Jesus Film Project, and Etah is on the Women's Resources team.

The Jesus Film Project exists to see everyone, everywhere hear the life-changing story of Jesus in their heart language. Bruce is the Non-script Translation Manager for the Script Translation Services team, providing consultation and guidance for translation needs not directly related to the script for the voice actors in the Jesus Film. That includes translation for digital apps and videos, and materials for follow-up, discipleship and church planting.

Etah is a member of the Women's Resource team, connecting, resourcing, and encouraging Cru staff women all around the world. Living in four countries has given her rich experience to share.

Bruce has been on staff for 54 years and Etah for 45 years. They have two adult daughters, Sheila and Laura.
