Henry has been on staff since 1972 and Wilma since 1974. Thru the years we have served the Lord in several capacities. We started off as campus staff, then Great Commission Training Center director in Asia, then workplace ministries, seminary staff. We went back to Asia after graduation from post graduate school and became President of the International School of Theology-ASIA now known as International Graduate School of Leadership (IGSL). Henry concurrently was the National Director of Philippine Campus Crusade for Christ for a number of years.
Since that time we continue to reach business/professional men and women, develop leaders in our organization. To this end, we have committed our lives to developing leaders both in our mission organization as well as leaders for transformational impact in society thru the schools. Henry is currently the President of the International Leadership Consortium (ILC) which includes the 13 graduate schools of Campus Crusade for Christ located in Africa, Latin America, Asia, and Middle East.
Currently, we are seeking to address the quality and quantity of graduates from our schools for the Great Commission. The Lord led us to discover a whole new paradigm of theological education - Competency Based Theological Education (CBTE) where the focus is on the student in her context and not on the faculty in the campus. Our first batch graduating in June 2023 with an MA in leadership is from the Latin America and Caribbean region. We have an ongoing cohort of students in Cote DeVoire, Francophone and will be starting a cohort in Singapore, God willing, this April.
Wilma spends part of her time in the leadership team of the Significance Project that develops resources and equips men and women to connect with God and live out God's personal mission for their life. She currently oversees and mentors women leaders in different areas (Asia, Gulf area, Africa) on how to strategically use the resources in church ministries and marketplace ministries. When new translations are completed and printed, she usually travels and helps the national ministry to introduce/roll out the resources to help our staff women and their disciples know how to effectively use the resource and build spiritual movements. She loves what she does as she travels, equip and mentors women in different countries around the world.
Our hearts desire is to raise up a new generaton of leaders equipped to engaged in their communities about the gospel and become vessels of transformation in their communities/domains.
We have three grown children, all married and ten grandchildren. They all love the Lord and we are excited by their continued walk with Jesus.
