Barry graduated from Clemson University in 1977, while Susan graduated that same year from Jacksonville State University in Alabama. We both joined full-time staff with Campus Crusade for Christ  that year. Susan served at the University of North Carolina and Barry served at Mississippi State University.  We were married in 1979 and moved to Oklahoma State until Barry became the CCC Campus Director at Georgia Southern  (1981-1986). We have three children: Mark, who is married to Katie, Amber, who is married to Patrick, and Kevin, who is married to Ashley. We have been blessed with eleven grandchildren.  Barry was the campus Team Leader for Cru (the U.S. name for Campus Crusade for Christ) at Clemson University from 1986 - 2017. In 2017, at the request of a group of Christian faculty at Clemson, we transitioned to work with Cru's ministry to faculty -- Faculty Commons. Along with working with professors at Clemson, Barry also co-leads a national program of professors called Faculty Fellows. He is also the Field Team leader for the Faculty Commons  staff in SC, NC, VA, and MD.  Thank you for your desire to join with us in reaching Clemson faculty and students!
