According to a recent report, homelessness in the U.S. hit an all-time high in 2024.

For over 40 years we have been committed to help fulfil the Great Commission in the power of the Holy Spirit by winning a new generation to Christ by BUILDING Leaders who serve the CAMPUS, COMMUNITY and the WORLD!
Dirke is on the President’s team of the Int’l Leadership Consortium (ILC).
o Dirke and the ILC provide oversight for 12 universities and colleges around the worldconsisting of more than 2400 students. The focus of the schools is equipping indigenous leaders to make a difference for Christ in all spheres (business, education, the arts, sciences, technology, and faith.
o Dirke oversees the Doctor of Ministry program for the School of Applied Leadershipfor Transformation (SALT).
- He is a faculty mentor for SALT graduating 26 Ivory Coast Missionary staff with a Master's degree this past year.
- He is starting a new SALT Learning Community in Burundi
- He will be leading the doctoral work of several church planting pastors in Texas as well as several pastors internationally.
o Dirke also leads Team Effectiveness training for Cru. He provided training for 12 nat'l leadership teams consisting more than 80 national leaders.
Lorna is on staff with Cru City with a ministry focus of evangelizing, equipping and engaging ethnic minorities in God's Kingdom purposes. Cru Citiy's vision is: Kingdom citizens advancing the mission of Jesus for the well-being of the city. Lorna specifically ministers to urban high school athletes who are homeless or from distressed homes by supplying a network of resources both spiritually and socially.
