I'm in my 48th year with Cru!  I became a follower of Jesus as a college student through the influence of believers around me. When my friend opened the Four Spiritual Laws and read John 3:16, my whole understanding of who God is and His love for me completely changed my life. My desire is to be able to offer that same opportunity to others who don't know Him. 

My focus continues to be on developing leaders who are able to believe God, think strategically, love whole-heartedly, and lead courageously, so that everyone will know someone who truly follows Jesus. As I recently stepped aside from the Global VP role, I am focusing on select individual projects, alongside speaking, teaching and coaching leaders.
