HOW IS OUR MINISTRY FUNDED?


We must trust God to raise up a team of partners to provide the funding for our ministry. We receive no subsidy from Cru. The ONLY source of funding we have to cover our salary as well as all ministry travel, materials, taxes, and benefits, are the individual families and churches who partner with us through their financial support. Our partners do this because they believe in what we are doing and they want to be a part of reaching the world with the gospel.  We are THANKFUL because God has faithfully provided for us in this way through many people since we joined Cru in 1978.


OUR MISSION and ASSIGNMENT - Equipping and Encouraging


Cru is a worldwide Christian evangelism and discipleship organization dedicated to Building movements everywhere so that everyone knows someone who truly follows Jesus.  (Cru is the U.S. name for Campus Crusade for Christ International.)

John serves on the Campus People and Culture team. His goal is to develop and deliver tools and training to Cru staff, volunteers, student leaders, etc. to equip them as they walk with the Lord and lead others to Him.  

Kim is part of the International Staff Care team - serving our U.S. staff who work overseas.   She now has special responsibilities for those staff in Africa and Europe and she continues to coordinate the large “debrief” conferences each year.

John and Kim have been full-time staff members of Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ) for more than 45 years, including 16 years of field ministry in Africa. They have two grown children, Joshua and Hannah.
