We have served with Campus Crusade since 1980, both in Ecuador and the U.S., and are presently on the Leadership Development and Human Resources regional team for Latin America and the Caribbean.

Eric holds an M.Div. from Columbia International University. As a full-time staff member, he teaches Bible, Christian worldview and spiritual growth disciplines to national staff members and other Christian leaders and teachers in various countries.  He also helps to develop materials and prepare trainers to equip our new national staff.

Christine, who serves as an affiliate staff member, has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University. She helps individuals locally and overseas to find healing for emotional and spiritual issues. She also equips others for this special kind of ministry, and advocates for our missionaries in the areas of staff care and emotional well-being.

We often travel together and are happy to see how God uses our skills as a couple in complementary ways, in order to serve people more holistically.
