Neale and Bonnie joined staff with Cru in 1984.  Currently, Bonnie serves with Cru Church Movements as a Partnering Church Catalyst to help ministries and churches in Raleigh, NC  equip and mobilize followers of Christ to reach their neighbors, co-workers and friends for Christ. She also enjoys her role as the Director for Staff Development, training Cru staff to be effective in their role as missionaries.

The Davises first served with Josh McDowell in Dallas, Texas, then on the campus of Auburn University, followed by 6 years at Appalachian State University where Neale was the Campus Director his last two years. They joined the Campus Ministry MidSouth Regional Team in Raleigh, NC,  serving Cru staff in the areas of Leadership Development for 20 years.. Bonnie transitioned to Cru City working with local churches and non-profits in 2017 and Neale in 2018. Neale continues to serve as an affiliate staff with Cru along with his role as a Shepherding Church Pastor at the Summit Church in Raleigh.  They have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. 

They both love their jobs and serving the Lord with their unique skill set with people. They also love and pray for their ministry partners with grateful hearts.
