Thank you for coming here! Candi and I have been serving with Athletes in Action (AIA, the sports ministry of Cru) for over 41 years.  After serving student-athletes at East Carolina University for 5 years, we moved to Pittsburgh to do ministry with the Steelers and Pirates, as well as with athletes at Pitt. For the last 20 years we have directed the AIA ministry at Robert Morris University, and since 2011 we have given leadership to the mid-Atlantic region. 

The vision: "Trusting God to build spiritual movements in every athletic department that impact the campus, community, and world for Christ." We do this by leading our regional staff and the athletes at RMU to "make disciples who make disciples."

Evangelism and discipleship is our "bread and butter." Teaching the Word of God at our weekly meetings, in our discipleship meetings on campus, our home, or when we are on short-term missions is our passion!

Candi and I are responsible for trusting God for 100% of the finances needed to cover all of our ministry expenses, benefits, and salary. We commit to being faithful in God's calling and trusting Him with the desired fruitfulness of our labor. We invite you to join our team of ministry partners who regularly give and pray. We always have a need for additional partners!
