I am celebrating 40 years of ministry with CRU/AIA! I served with CRU at Louisiana State University for 15 years and have served at the University of Alabama since 1997. My roles have included campus director, staff trainer, intern director at the Ultimate Training Camp and I have also directed sports team mission trips. I am currently on campus part time at UA and have been the national intern director for our Ultimate Camps for 2 years.

I serve on the UTC Exec team with 7 other incredible staff and together we help direct our US and overseas camps. It is exciting to see how God is using the Biblical principles of God, Life and Sport to reach athletes and coaches for Christ. Sport is a bridge to take the Gospel to people in every culture.

Our Mission is to create environments and resources where God can change lives as athletes discover how to live and compete from a Biblical perspective.

Our Vision is to trust God to use UTC environments and resources to change lives and build multi-ethnic spiritual movements that help impact every athlete, on every team, in every sport, in every nation.

I have been trained in CoreClarity and the Growth model so that I can help equip and empower our staff to elevate ministry with their teams. I treasure our staff, students and coaches and enjoy casting vision for how God can use their platform, gifts and talents to impact all those around them for the Kingdom of God.

I love partnering with others who have a heart for God and His work in the world. I am grateful to have a team that is an integral part of everything I do in ministry. I value their prayers and generosity. Come join my team and let’s trust God to use all of our resources for His glory.
